If you can't remember - or maybe you're just looking to try something new, join us on Sunday, April 23rd in our Glen Mills shop for an hour long workout with Pure Barre Greenville, Delaware.

Pure Barre is a non-impact workout that works your muscles to fatigue through small isometric movements followed by stretching. The goal of pure barre is strengthen and lengthen your muscles at the same time. Runners - this can help improve your posture and prevent injury.
