Join us on Sunday, January 6th for a free 40 - 45 minute class lead by EverybodyFights Philadelphia in our University City shop.
Wondering what type of workout is EverybodyFights? An interval-based class incorporating shadow boxing components and body weight exercises. Taught in rounds, the class will begin with an introduction to boxing technique followed by a full warm up. It's a 12 round class, alternating between shadow boxing and body weight rounds. The final round will include a flow cool down focused on mindfulness, meditation, and relaxation.
